    Sorry, don't know. Post war PRL era eagle, so possibly an organization of some sort that claims its origins date from 1936 - ?? Let's hope someone can chime in with a more solid reply.

    Its a long shot but it looks like it could be train plaque that could of been mounted to part of the engine or maybe a connected carriage

    Mmmm, dunno about that... If it was post-war railway related, surely it would have PKP (Polska Koleja Panstwowa) on it somewhere?

    There is a Company listed of that name in Warsaw.

    So maybe then this plaque represents a company incorporated in 1936 - hence no crown as I would assume only the Polish State could use a Crowned Eagle in prewar Poland (I may be totally wrong about this but it seems logical).
