Hello . I am asking for information about the cross

This appears to be a genuine pre-war cross, made by Wiktor Gontarczyk of Warsaw. It has a scarcely seen (for the OOP) wz.29 “hook & eye” ribbon. Just recently there was an empty box for a 4th class up for sale on ebay. It had been listed and relisted with no takers, and may still be available. If you are the owner of the cross pictured it might be worth scanning the listings.
