Actually, the 37 P.P. Szurmak disk is correct. This version is known to Polish collectors, but it is very seldom seen, so, it is not surprising that this version is not pictured in the Sawicki reference book. Close examination of the badge will show one that this version differs from the Grabski and Bobkowicz types.
The disk and the badge are genuine items no question about it. I just think that Szurmak isn't its maker. I have checked also Wielecki/Sieradzki book and they as well do not indicate Szurmak as its producer

Well, Jaxmon, if you say the disk is not original to the badge, than it's not original to the badge. But do me a favor-if you ever happen to see another 37 PP badge with a Szurmak disk, don't buy it. Let me know who's selling it, and I'll buy it.
