Sorry Mariusz, but it looks like a copy. Here's a genuine Gontarczyk made 43PP. Sold for 2200zl in Nov. 2009.

Polish Samaritan Badge
I bought this a few months ago on auction. Not sure its authentic or not but it didn't cost much so I took a chance. Can anyone provide info on the Polish Samaritan movement - all I could find is that it was created to provide care and relief to individuals in Partitioned Poland in WW1. I belief it started in the USA. This badge has the word Samaritan on its back.

Would It be possible to get a shot of the back of the cross? Ive never seen a samaritan badge in that design.
