Pre-war Polish Officers Belts - My Wz.36 Officer's Belt ?

Thank You for the invaluable information.

I think the belt is a Pre-war Dutch model (M.28), after Orkan suggested it, I looked it up on a 1940 Dutch Militaria website -

Het Nederlandse Leger 1939-1940: uniform en uitrusting

It seems to match the belt (if you click on them it will bring up the information) on the officer's field uniforms.
