Prewar Polish Army Brown Leather Mapcase, 100% original Prewar ?

Hello,
I have won this Prewar, 4,VIII,1929 dated, Polish Army Brown Leather Mapcase, with owner's name Leon ?, from Skierniewice, most likely from Lodz Army.
Could you let me know if it is, 100% original Prewar, please ?
I would like to know, if possible, hopefully before paying for it, please ?

In my opinion - not similar neither to post-war 70's - 80's Polish People's Army map case, nor even to earlier 50's - 60's pattern. Differences - e.g. larger flap (this with two snaps), different proportions - narrower than standard map case, etc.
Not clearly visible but it looks like the colour is not typical post war brown leather paint. Shade looks rather like older than 50's -70s'.
Style of handwriting suggests pre-war origin, however one cannot judge the age taking into account only this factor.
Anyway, to me it could be made before 1939, but it is not the typical pre-war Polish Army map case. Mystery would not be solved as many different types of equipment were used in 20's, before the unification.

Agree, but it's more similar for 70-80", than polish made pre 39
Maybe its germany, france or english from ww1, or not military?
Maybe seller , write this text inside case/full date?/ for more money?
