Re: help needed identifying this Polish Eagle.

Hi all.
I picked this up today at a brocante. The seller had no idea what it was & nor do I other than it is Polish.
It is made from Nickel plated Brass & is quite well made. Evidence of 2 old lugs on the rear & unfortunately 3 small holes now drilled in it for fixing. Approx 5 5/16ths" or 136mm tall. No makers mark anywhere that I can see. Any help much appreciated. Regards Rob

Presumably not Military then..................any ideas at all?

I have found out that it is a 1927 Pattern eagle & probably from a black board. In 1939 some large offices were evacuated to Romania & France apparently. Anyway it's heading back to a good home in Poland. Many thanks again. Bien cordialement Rob
