    Late 30-ties.
    Hard to say more. Ordinary private. Seems to wear State Sports Badge and Shooting Badge.

    Hello Mehti,

    Judging from the uniform and hat this photo of a young "starszy" private was taken pre-1935. Agree with Rafal re the badges being the State Sports Badge and a marksmanship badge.
