The picture is of my great uncle in the Kompanie Telegraficzne of 11 Karpacka Dywizja Piechoty.

For infantry it would be yellow and blue, as visible in the example below.

I assume yellow/blue is standard for all infantry of that period? Would his coat also be the same color of the jacket in your picture?

Yes, those are standard infantry colours. The grey/blue tunic pictured formed part of a Haller vets set. The one your great uncle was wearing would have been the pre-war shade of Polish khaki green.

Sunflower yellow + blue are typical infantry colors. Here is better example on the pic.
