Hi Didier,
In my opinion this is just a simple piece of jewelry. No military connection at all. The hallmark on the reverse is a Polish 2nd Republic pattern that was required by law for items made of silver. It was applied to both military badges and jewelry alike. This particular mark indicates .800 silver purity. A simple brooch, nothing more.
