I dont know the year, does someone know the year?
Some one know the Price?

I cannot say if its genuine or not but to me it looks very similar to the Officer's School (Reserve) badge, although it is not identical. Hopefully an expert with greater knowledge and reference materials will pitch in

Hi,

This is pre-WWII badge of the 7th Reserve Cadet Officers' Battalion of Infantry from Śrem in Poland. The badge was approved in 1929.

In my opinion it is genuine badge with correct screw-nut. It is rather popular badge, however not very popular.
