The only information I can provide to you is a Squadron Signal Book that I have on Warsaw Pact uniforms of the Cold War era and a few Warsaw Pact posters from the 80's.. Sorry..

Gunny, I don't know of any such sites, English or Polish language, although there are Polish general militaria discussion forums where you can likely get answers to questions. How are your Polish language skills?
