military records Otwock 1939-1944

I am looking for any and all records regarding my father Zygmunt Migdalski "ZZ" who served with the Underground army in Otwock from the years 1939 to 1944. I have been told he received the Virtuti Militari medal for his sevices during the war. So far i have turned up nothing contacting the British MOD and am waiting on responses from the Polish Military Records Center in Warsaw and the Polish Consultate in Chicago. Does any body have web site links to find more information on my father. m migdalski
