Article about: Any thoughts on identifying this pistol used by the BCH partisans in Poland?

    What i did just notice is that it has been modified for a sling..so at some stage been an over the shoulder ..really strange great piece of history

    Interesting observation Maybe the sling was used to carry it under a coat whilst keeping arms and hands free?

    The strange thing is that the barrel hasn't been sawn off-that would have made it much more easily concealed-it's not like any one was going to be aiming it with any precision for long range.

    This is a converted Mosin Nagant , apparently used by modern gangsters in the Ukraine...modified for the same reason,concealment

    I'm sure that isn't a Mosin Nagant! A Mauser perhaps? Strange though.

    Seems to resemble the Yugoslav M56 SMG, a variant of the MP40 in 7.62mm Tokarev-for the same sort of reasons I suppose.
