hi, i have no idea, but i think its very small. its not expensive. there is a piece, i dont know the name of it, that is lost.

ah, now yes! i found the link, the owner says that te size is 12x22mm, the material: silver.

The name of lost part you are referring to is the spinner, nut, screw-cap, etc. - or as the badge's likely original owner called it, the "nakrętka" . The one for your badge should look like this:
