I knew the owner very well !
This group is not totally original to him.
The beret is a post war ZPS beret, the Eagle cap badge is original, and I'm pretty sure the medal group has been put together, even though the 25th anniversary medal is original. The non-combat wing is a post war copy.

His combat wing survives within his family.

Its listed as a navy helmet and looks genuine enough. A very good friend of mine with militaria savvy thinks its genuine and probably painted by a sea man but not regular issue.

Gentlemen - any further thoughts on the 12 Pułk Ułanów Podolskich + legitymacja on Allegro? Some of those posted on the Regimental badges section appear to be of much higher quality - particularly the quality of the enamel on the black cross.
