Decorated MC Cross

Whether anybody knows in what way to check whether a given person was decorated with the Monte Cassino Cross. Specifically it concerns the soldier around 5 KDP. Please for the help because the part of documents was destroyed during the fire.

I have only such data after my uncle, a bit they are complicated since: commemorative badge 2 Polish Corps was taken out through attired: 5 War Hospital, however commemorative badge 5 KDP through 14 Baon Strzelców. The part of held documents to other British decorations was entered Polish "B" Guard Baon. Below I am giving data: Duszka Władysław 25.10.1897 r. I only have such data. I thank.
