Never seen one of these before, who was the maker of the plate?

To tell you the truth, I'm not to sure ...

I think they were produced around 1990 - 1995 as a special commission for the veterans association, ... also there was a coffee type mug, .. which I haven't got hold of yet.

I got my plate in 1986 - it was the Manchester Chapter of the ZPS (Polish Para Association) that contracted for them

I have seen the mug, but do not not have one.
