    Default Guard's Civilian Training Centre uniform

    Hello all,
    At the last military show, I've met gentleman, who is in possession of the uniform mentioned in this post's title. Attached pictures do not show pants and forage cap, but it is all complete.
    I have never seen such uniform. I am familiar with patches and badges except those collar SB badges. Does anyone know what they stand for?
