One is 1044 Lt Jerzy Mostowy I Corps, it shouldn't has a jump wreath but somebody add it (jump wreath is sign DUPLIKAT), second is 0782 Cpt Julian Knapik, I Corps too, I heared that he was in 1 SBS but broke his leg and did't go to Arnhem.

Both badges are Gr Techn, with small serial numbers

Nice to see the early type GR-TECH blank spinner on 0782.

Of note, the I Corp reference from MAT9 normally points to the soldier having come "early" to England via the invasion of France in 1940 ... Non I Corp listed mostly came through the Palestine route.

Hi lidders,

Thank you for your post. Wonderful officer cadet SD tunic. Any chance at close up pictures of some of the tunic’s elements? It would be good to see the shoulder strap rank insignia, inside (is there a tailor’s label?), collar tabs, and also the pocket badge, which appears to be a miniature 3DSK badge.

Re the eagle insignia, sorry to say but I have some doubts about these. They used to crop up on the market quite regularly several years back and have been dismissed as a fantasy piece. I’d like to hear some other opinions.
