Hello Rod,
Many thanks for your post, the Cross of Merit with Swords can be validated by contacting the PISM (Polish Institute and General Sikorski Museum) in London. They would be able to confirm the award.
Rod having been a collector of Polish Militaria since the 1970's I have witnessed quite a lot of groups that have been broken up one went to 7 different collectors only interested in certain of the items for sale. My personal advice would be to keep it all together.
I wish you all the best with this group.
Andrzej
p.s. it would be nice to see the obverse and reverse of the 6th Armoured Regiment Badge shown on the display.

Hello Andrzej
Many thanks for that information, would they also provide some documentary evidence (even for a fee) or woudl it just be verbal/email confirmation.
Due to the financial considerations (I am disposing of the collection on behalf of someone else) I think i shall split the group in two, keeping the medals/ribbons/photo etc as one group and then sell the badges/insignia individually. I do appreciate that this is in a way a shame but sadly I do have to try and satisfy the needs of the owner. At least this way the main medal grouping and the memory is kept intact.
As I prepare the badges & insignis for sale it is my intention to photograph all of the badges and the insignia in detail and post them on the forum for others to see by way of a thank you for all the help I have been given.
regards
Rod

Hello Rod,
The Listing for the BKZzM is by date and the recipients are listed by Rank, Name, Unit to obtain a copy you would either have to pay the £25.00p fee or book a seat in the reading room and then request a photocopy of the page in question.
Best wishes
Andrzej
p.s. Rob have you seen my other reply identifying the items for you.

Hello Andrzej
Yes i did see the listing thank you very much , although I had Identified most of them its always reassuring to have them confirmed by someone with more knowledge.
Although it doesnt identify what it is this link shows the Arm corps cloth badge with the blue/red/yellow plastic stripe and a white instead of blue stripe underneath. I assume the white denoted a different regiment of the corps
