Thank you for really fast answer. Do you have some additional information about him? I'd like to know something about his life (biography). Maybe some scans of photos, legitimation or info about his other awards? I just have this Cross of Monte Cassino which belongs to him.

The only other information that I could find was that he was awarded the KRZYZ WALECZNYCH (Cross of Valour) whilst serving in Italy with the 2nd Corps.

Many thanks for your post, everyone else trusts me with providing information, but has requested here is the sheet numbered 201 of the recipients list for the MCC.
If you require further proof, you will have to write to the PISM in London and they charge £25.00p per enquiry and answers can take upto 6 months.
