Hello Dawid
Unfortunately MCC Numbered 48930 was never awarded, held by the Polish Government in Exile in London and sold off in the late 1970's-1990 to various auction houses.

Hi all, I've been looking through all these threads in the hope I would stumble across any information on my grandad in his army days. I only have a couple of photos of him, but 1 wearing his Monte Cassino cross, any information or where to look would be very much appreciated. Mieczyslaw Dyko.
Kind regards
Peter Guy
Hello Peter,
May I be the first to welcome you to the Forum, if you could post the photographs of your Grandfather especially wearing the Monte Cassino Cross that would be great for the members to see. In the mean time I will start looking through the records that I have to hand to see what I can find for you on your Grandfather Mieczysław Dyko.
Best wishes

Hello Everyone!
New to this forum and I love the information!
I have recently been given a Polish Cross of Valour and a Monte Cassino Cross #18726. Awarded to someone from the 17 Lwow Rifle Battalion. I have been searching around the internet to see if there is any name associated to these. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Cheers
Brad
