    Hello Everyone

,,Today I deposited a vota at the monument of the PSZ in Bialystok".

The author of the Monument of the Polish Armed in the West is the Białystok sculptor Jerzy Grygorczuk.

It was implemented by the author in the years 1991-1992 on the initiative of the Białystok combatants of the battle of Monte Cassino with the support of the city authorities of Białystok. The composition was located at the pedestrian crossing between the streets of M. Skłodowska Curii and Akademicka in Białystok.
The monument depicts the military Eagle, set on the Shield Amazon, this part of the composition was made in copper sheet, the base of the monument is a base of granite blocks, on which are composed liturgical reliefs dedicated to the formation of Polish troops in the battles in the West of Europe.
