Many thanks for your post, his wife being married to him at the time of death will not be charged for requesting copies of documents, but the British M-o-D will require proof eg. photocopies of Marriage certificate and photocopy of Death certificate.

Two ZALEWSKI'S daughters open the door...They showed me three more documents.
I showed my collection PSZ and two MCC.My KW is a 1992 model on the PSZ ribbon.
I have provided all information about their father from the 13 BS website.
I described and said what to do to get out ZESZYT EWIDENCYJNY of MoD.
Certyficate Zalewski's KWx1 PSZ.
Information from Sawing Bank, polish section.
Polish Consulate General-notification.
Zalewski's awards-reconstruction of four medals from my collection.
ID cards MCC number 9013 & 16127 + MCC's from my collection.
