Looks like the first name (partially hidden on right) begins B - which narrows it down to just:

9.29824:FIGURSKI Bazyli.
15.29845:GONCIARZ Bronisław.

Also looks like first name ends with i.

As there appears a slight 'decender' in both the lastname and firstname then FIGURSKI Bazyli is more likely of these two.

Format is completely different from 29854 (uses rubber stamp for number) and different handwriting to 29805 (which are same unit) and available on web.
