No. 1147; page 937: KOŁACZYK Mieczysław born 1924. Recorded number MCC 31616.
No. 1303; page 944: KRUSZEWSKI Feliks born 1910. Recorded number MCC 31617.
That's all. MCC number 31593 belonged to a soldier with the surname beginning with the letter K.

Rank : Strz.
Surname : Kopek
Christian Name : Władysław
Fathers Name : Antoni
Date of Birth : 1907
Army Number : 1907-208-III
Unit : 9th Transport Company 2nd Armoured Brigade.
In the September 1939 Campaign he was either a serving soldier or a reservist called up, he was captured by the soviets on the 18th September 1939 in Włodzimierz and joined the Anders Army at Tockoje on the 2nd September 1941.

Many thanks for your post : the only information that I was able to glean from various sources is as follows :
1) Dionizy Czebotaronok, Born in 1908, Father Siemion, Captured 18th September 1939 and joined the Anders Army on the 2nd September 1941, not awarded the Monte Cassino Cross
2) Michał Ignatowicz, there are 4 Listed on the Polish Army Database they are as follows :
a) Born 13th January 1901, Fathers Name : Józef
b) Born 1914, Fathers Name : Stefan
c) Born 1916, Fathers Name : Teodor
d) Born 1898.
None of the above awarded the Monte Cassino Cross.
3) Teodor Miedziucha Born in 1907
The closest I could find was Kanonier Teodor Mieziucha Born in 1907, Army Number : 1907-103-III, Unit : 5PAPpanc., Monte Cassino Cross Numbered : 22377.
