From what I can see in the photo, the wing looks to be ok.
4896 was issued to Stanislaw Borowicz (Private).
The spinner is a later addition.

All that glitters is not gold ! this is a very dangerous copy and of course came from ebay, its some kind of tin or lead alloy, probably centrafugally spun during casting to give fine detail,so everyone note the number,and be very wary of these and of course distorted photos of alleged real badges
