Polish ID ?

Guys,

Got this today, seems to be an ID, possibly military as the same girl appears in Uniform on a separate photo?

The cover is brown with embossed writing that I can't make out?

I can't read Polish, any ideas?

Also this is a pre-war document not an exile.I like the portrait as it gives you a good shot of the uniform, And the interesting collar tabs Ive never seen before.
