    Andrzej, Thank you kindly for your prompt response, I really appreciate it.

    Is there any chance wreath is unissued, that's why not mentioned in the Kpt Jan Lorys book? It came from reliable source, looks genuine to me.

    a fair number of the wreaths were kept as " stock ", as in reserve. to be issued as and when ?
