Polish paras in Hartenstein

Hello everybody,

I want to give you short update about Polish para memorabilia in Hartenstein Museum in Oosterbeek, Netherlands.

One month ago I was there for the first time. Before I knew it from photos only.

Here are very few WW II items I saw in the museum.







Does anybody know serial numbers of those badges?

Hi,
I am not a specialist of the polish paratroopers, but in my opinion, I don't feel the polish helmets...
What do think the other members of the forum ?

The "large" eagled helmet has been discussed a few times.
I personally think that this eagle was painted on in the BAOR occupation, just to let the locals know that Polish troops were now administering the area ....
