Favourite Polish Badge.
Fellows – what is your favourite Polish Badge? . . .

Tough question. So many beautiful badge designs – both pre-war and PSZnZ. Re PSZnZ badges, I agree that the 1st Krechoweicki Lancers badge is very nice. The 10th Dragoons is another beauty, as are 9th Flanders Rifles, 4th Armoured Scorpion, 6th Armoured “Dzieci Lwowskich” and 12th Heavy Artillery. But my enduring favorite remains the 4th Wołyńska Infantry Brigade.

As per “A” wadowicznic:

Independent Podhale Rifle Brigade (Samodzielna Brygada Strzelców Podhalanskich) badge.

35mm stamped in bronze. Original pinback fastening removed in favour of threaded post typical to most Polish badges. A relatively common modification to these.

Soon I should be getting my FIRST Exile badge through the mail
Its a 3 Dywizja Strzelców Karpackich badge,and I should also be getting a pre-war badge which Ill post in a pre-war badge thread

I have seen your picture of of the Shield with the Lion for Narvik too.
Can You please post front and back and provide description of material / dimensions etc,

Really i have never seen this shield in private collection only in Sirorski's Museum in London
