One more
Thank You Fellows
Excellent pictures – badges
Interesting differences between 2 posted badges – color of the MC cross.
Also the spinner – less glamorous (no signatures) Lorioli one – the same as for 4,5 and 6 – battalions of Strzelcow Karpackich
I will post when I get back to London over the weekend
1. “US Veterans version”
2. The book / brochure on 5 CKM printed in 1960+
Fellows,
Has anyone got pictures of Podhalanski Regiment of 1 Polish Armoured Divison.
I have been hunting for this badge for year.
Various books seem to sugest 2-3 types of the badge. Main Maker Stainchouer.
Are You aware of a good book about Podhalanski Regiment?
I have read bits in 1 Pancerna w Walce. Regiment took havy casulties during European Campaigne 44/45
I have never seen an orginal in my life.
I have read however that aprox 500 Polish Senior Officers served in Armoured Trains in England and Scotland.
Has anyone got the picture of the this Badge?
