    Hello Marc,

    Nice to meet you, too!

Very interesting Para Badge ID card!

This is probably any additional (late) issue of the badge.

I have ID Card for badge no 6179 issued on 2 May 1945 by 1st SBS Depot.
It was probably last issue for Brigade's soldiers before departure to Germany.

    Greetings
    Rafal

    Hello Marc .. and Welcome

Are you Marc B. from Belgium by any chance ???

    Fletcher's Wing !!!
I think that that must have been one of the last issued !!!
It's certainly the latest I've seen issued by date !

    Regards

    Gary J.

Thanks guys! and is great to meet everyone here.

It's indeed correct, 4 Belgians received the polish wing, I have 2 photos of Verberckmoes, and one photo is showing the complete Belgian SAS (parachute Coy at that time) where you can find Schils wearing his wing!
I try to post more this weekend!!

Gary, an original dust jacket....great find buddy

    Cheers,
    Marc

    Garry,
Bought it years ago, but at that time someone glued a (original, never isued) wreath on it!!!
Not really damaged as it was ordinary glue.

    Cheers,
    Marc
