In a memo to chiefs of staff Browning actually accused Sosabowski and the Polish paras of being unwilling to get into the fight...presumably based on the fact that Sosabowski had warned Browning in advance of the dangerously unreliable intelligence as to the strength and position of the opposing German forces.
