I have 110, 111, 112, on a green square for 1st, 2nd and 3rd Battalions, ....
I think it looks like the 79 was the sub-unit marking for the MP transport.

Another shot in the motorpool compound Germany ...
Notice the "79" on the tank of the motorcycle, .. and also the wrecked "Peoples car VW " in the background to the right !

you are right, 79 seems to be a number allocated to MP Coy.

This is pre-39 general NCO school certificate pattern.

Hello! The big one is Znak Zandarmerii, made by Lorioli, and the small one is badge on collar tab, also made by Larioli. Regards
