P.S.:Unfortunately, I do not have a list of crosses for recipients Monte Cassino for 3 DSK.

Hello Slaw,
Many thanks for your post and welcome to the Forum, St.Strz. Stanisław Lipka was awarded the Monte Cassino Cross Numbered : 7703 whilst serving in HQ3DSK, his Army Number at the time was 1904-5-III as per the ID Tags you have.

Hello Artur,
The British Dignitary is Sir Harold Alfred MacMichael GCMG DSO, who was the High Commissioner of the British Mandate of Palestine.
The last photograph was taken at Jesi in the provence of Ancona, on the 1st May 1946 and shows from left to right : General Anders, USA General John Clifford Hodges Lee, holding the standard of the PUK with Pplk. Stanisław Wyskota–Zakrzewski.
