Unknown aircraft part German ? Help please

I picked up this part in Finland las weekend and was told it was from a German Aircraft by the seller has anyone sent this part in use before it looks to be a Radio Ariel and has Finnish text on it so has been a Aircraft in Finnish Service ,Thnk you for any help

It is the mounting tube for a pitot head to measure airspeed. Looks like it was mounted on the wing, with light paint underneath, dark on top. The two pipes are for pressure difference, the electrical cable for heating. No idea what nationality of plane, although probably not American.

Thank you Ian , its quite long in size so most stick out alot from the wing ?
