    im am by far no expert but i have never seen a red inside to a cap like this before??
    maybe someone can fill in. and people are probably going to want a picture of the insigna as well.

    My first impression is that it's fake with fake ageing. Better photos are needed to be sure though.

    Heer tropical caps should always have a red lining.

    Agree with Ben, it does not look good from these pics and of course a full on pic of the insignia would be good, if possible.

    My first impression as well. A fake cap possibly used for re-enacting,
    or outright fake aging. The grommets will be the deciding factor.

    Hello

    Agree with the others, its a bad one from the ground up. As Steve mentions one of the tells on these is the grommets. This caps grommets are the wrong size and color from the outside. Would like to see them from the inside just for reference. Also the insignia might prove interesting to see ? Also Ben mentions the added fake aging, another interesting feature of this cap.
