Black SS schirmutze

Hello to all.

I need some help again.
The black visor at the pics below is for sale.
I want to know, if this one could be original. It looks a bit unused at all.
Is it propably a fake?

Clearly there are massive issues with this one.

Just compare this to the huge amount of images of originals posted by "FB".

Look at the visor, sweatband, lining etc.

I'd say that this is not a good one. Just based on the visor alone.....the pattern on the peak always makes me suspicious and as Ade said look at FB postings for the real deal as comparison.

Never seen a sweatband like this one before either.

i can answer in one word "no" this is a modern fake that has probably seen some reeactment days
go to the ss forum and have a look around it will help distingish a fake from a nice orignial SS Uniforms and insignia
