You have good taste. Both of the kepis have sound provenance. The one with the runics is ex Pepera, and the Kupper one came from Whammond a while ago.

I have seen several fakes with the Prussian eagle mark on the cello. Also, the peak does not look of the epoch, either, as I have a number of caps with leather peaks.
Thirdly, the insignia does not look correct, either. That is, the patina on the alu wire.

I agree with F-B. This logo has been extensively faked, and this one is part of that series.

I have no German Crusher hat, and I really dont have any knowledge on this matter.
It was offered to me by a friend who collects Portuguese militaria, and he bought a box of this type of militaria and this hat in the was in lot.
It was offered to me for 250€.
