I think it's a post war cap. Sorry but I hope this helps the debate, liner and sweatband are the tells for me.

I think the post war German cockade should suffice on this one, not 100% sure, may be worth asking in the bundeswehr forum.

With that type of lining, I would suspect it is East German possibly ?
Unlike the Third Reich, the FRG's fire brigade badges and insignia are not standardized for the whole country; they differ widely from state to state.
For example, have a look at the examples for present-day fire brigade caps at the Alkero website:
