german motorbikers cloth hat with badge?

Not motorbikers...It appears to be from the NSFK, National Socialist Flying Corps...Gliders were commonly used to train future pilots in the 1930s...
I like the pressure snaps on these...they appear to be authentic, but can't comment on the insignia...perhaps someone else can...
