Is this a good Panzer Officers Einheitsfeldmütze?

is this a good M43 Panzer cap or is it a something of what ever sort, it has a lot of moth damage and i had to brush it a lot then it was full of moth eggs and i dont know, i dont know if this is panzer and i dont know if this is heer or ss or what ever this could be, i got it ages ago for free so just found it again in the garage while unpacking the parcel of the other m43 luftwaffe cap i posted today and then it hit me and i rememberd there was something in the freeser where i put it 3 years ago to kill the moth in there and totaly forget about
one thing the lighter spots are from the flash by taking the photos

got eaten by some critters or i have no idear but it was so dirty when i got it and had all sorts of remains for animal planet inside and on the outside too

after a closer look in better light today it looks as if there was at one time a trapenzoid in front of the cap, maybe that will help somehow, would love to know what it is and if it is real

They sure did. It's not very well documented though. I'll see if I can find some pics.

I cant say what it is but i am sure that it is not a panzer officers cap
