Heer black panzer M34 feldmuetze

hello to all,
I'm new in the forum and I would like opinion about this panzer black feldmutze. The conditions are like new, never had waffenfarbe despite being a manufacture of 41, the rivets are bare zinc-amagnetic, born without finishing, eagle and cockade appear mounted at the time of construction of the cap.
I would also like to know if other collectors know this manufacturer M.Mertens-Nuremberg which should be of Jewish origin.

The insignia is original appears to be factory mounted. I am no hat expert at all but I like the material, the lining and the grommets.

Looks like this one could stand a chance but not 100 percent sure on the lining

..thanks for the replies, I think that in this hat, materials are perfectly correct, lining included, the only problem could be the state of conservation that is mint condition ... does anyone know or have never seen this manufacturer in this caps?
