Is this a Heer Cap?

A local dealer is selling this cap and i wanted know what you guys think?

It is a postwar Bundeswehr LW NCO visor with some terrible Pakistani repro wreath glued to it. Anytime you see "Bamberger Mutzenindustrie" on a hat, it is ALWAYS post-war.

Thanks Chris! I had a stange feeling about it. i was pretty sure the hat was a fake but i thought there coul\d be a chance the patch was ok but guess not!
