    Hi

Not looking too promising from the pictures posted. Can you post some pictures of the inside with sweatband lifted if possible.please. Also if the cap is to hand can you look at the piping more closely and pinch it and pull it back to see if any other colour id underneath ie has it been dyed ?

What material is the lining made of ?

This may help identify its originality for sure.

The guy you are talking about is Janke and he makes reproductions not fakes. The people who tiurn his items into "original" pieces are the fakers. Look at the website called extra klass. They sell janke caps as they are...reproductions and it will identify the real from "fake".

    hope that helps

I think the "Cloth" looks like a cheap fabric or wool

I dont like it, i might be wrong but the underside colour of the peak is grey which is usually associated with Bundeswehr caps but as i say, i could be wrong, stoney or ben might chime in here

The Dalluge marked one is well known product of the Janke firm, in other words a reproduction. This one has been dressed up with fake SS Bevo insignia.
The other is a Litto - Muetze, Wein cap that may or may not be original, the photos are not really good enough for me to be able to say for sure.
