Please, I'd like to have some opinions about this Erel Officer Visor Cap and a notion about it's value in this actual condition.

It is indeed an Erel cap and is of the best quality available from Mr Lubstein as indicated by the "private" under the celluloid.

On the minus side:

It has also been sat on by an elephant or something equally heavy, the insignia has been changed and messed with plus the sweatband is rotten and missing in parts.

On the plus side:

It is however original if that helps, if you are looking to buy it I would wait for a better one as the sweatband will be impossible to replace IMO.

As a rule we don't discuss value on the forum, that is a private matter for the individual collector to grapple with. If you can live with the damage and it is cheap enough then go for it.
