Hello here I have a german crush visor I would like to hear your thoughts on this. I do not own this hat. There have been mixed opinions about this hat any help would be great also what branch is it

Well, It looks like a real one. Insignia is correct, real, and nice looking. First time I've seen a bullion eagle on a hat like this. I have a bullion wreath, too.

To be honest, I don't like the look of it based upon the following observations.

1. The green band looks like it varies in thickness. Might be the photos of course.
2. The sweatband doesn't look like it fits correctly to the interior of the cap.
3. The lining looks too short for the cap and is stretched.
4. The holes in the lining I think are a sign that it might have been re-sewn at some point and may not even be original to the cap.

Some of my worries are mentioned I dont like the sweatband on it and the velvet band but still looking for others opinions on this one

Very good! gold star for you.

I can say with some confidence that this is a frankenstein of sorts. The main body of the hat could be authentic (not 100% sure) but it's seems someone tried to turn it into a Alter Art style cap by adding the flexible pasteboard and leather peak. They didn't do very good job and now nothing fits together properly.

I held this hat the sweatband was one of my worries is it period or someone replaced it postwar

My first impression of the eagle was not good. Even from the bad angle the pic was taken from.
