Heer Pioneer EM/NCO schirmutze

Article about: Hello Group, Any information or opinions on this one? I can't find any other markings other than the stamp in the liner. The piping appears to be black so I'm assuming this was for an engine

    Hello Group,
    Any information or opinions on this one? I can't find any other markings other than the stamp in the liner. The piping appears to be black so I'm assuming this was for an engineer? The center band is dark green.
